"Would've given a 5 if my order arrived..."
I would’ve rated this a perfect 5 if my package had shown up. They claimed it was sent express four days back, but I’m still waiting. I placed the order nearly two weeks ago, and the site said shipping would take 3-4 days, which clearly isn’t the case.

"All my goodies from Hipmi have arrived!"
I just got all my goodies from Hipmi, and I’m totally smitten with everything I bought! I picked up a Jasper necklace, and it’s crafted so beautifully; the stone is a perfect tear drop shape. I also got a jasper bracelet with some leather accents, and man, that leather smells amazing. The stones come in a mix of colors, but they’re just my style. Such a fantastic company with a lovely vibe!

"Never got the item I ordered..."
I never got the item I ordered. I checked and it seems my shipment was managed properly, so I’m kinda puzzled about where it all went sideways. I’m guessing it never even left the warehouse.

"Had I been aware, I would've held onto my money."
I placed my order on 10/15/2021, looking forward to using it for my Halloween getup. I forked over the $4.99 for shipping, expecting it to arrive in 3-4 days. I get that COVID is still messing with deliveries for some businesses, but here I am on day 12 with nada. They rely on their own tracking service that’s pretty confusing, and I can’t even tell where my package is. Maybe it’s stuck in US customs in Chicago?

"Got 4 things, 1 was great, another was decent, the rest looked cheap"
I ordered 4 items:
1. Crystal heart: absolutely perfect.
2. Solar system globe: the globe is alright, but the stand feels flimsy.
3. Citrine necklace: doesn’t seem like real citrine, and it snapped just 6 hours after I wore it.
4. Still waiting on the 4th item.
